I am a former Mixed Martial Artist who specialized in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Boxing. I've played multiple sports including football, track, volleyball, tennis and basketball. With my background in Pilates and Muscle Activation, I have experience with people with many backgrounds. I have trained clients from ages 6-89. I have had clients with numerous knee, foot, hip, back, and shoulder injuries; and have helped clients who were diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy. My training philosophy is to "uplift as we climb". As we work hard to get better, I am also getting better while learning from you.
